President Dr. Arif Alvi on Monday met new Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in Kuwait city and offered condolences on the passing away of Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
